| Neighborhood Lots, Development
Lots and PortaZones are eligible to participate. You may enter by
yourself or with a group of friends. How will the Spring Garden Contest work? 1. If you want to participate, please send an email to community@there.com (subject: Spring Garden Contest) by no later than 6:00 PM on Wednesday April 30th, with the following information: Avatar name (or avatar name of the project leader, if you are working in a group) Valid email address for the primary contact, in case we need to get in touch with you (this information will not be shared with anyone) Name of the Zone Name of the island where your Zone is located DOID or link to Lot/PAZ you will be decorating Up to 5 screenshots of your finished garden (800x600 .jpg please) Short description of your garden (1-2 paragraphs). Tell us what makes your garden unique! 2. Participants may use either a 1-Acre or 2-Acre Zone (Lot or PAZ) for the Garden Contest. Zone stacking is not permitted in this challenge - you must work with the number of drops allowed by the Zone size. You may either start with an empty Zone or take an existing Zone and re-decorate it. 3. You have until Wednesday April 30th, to finish decorating your garden Zone and to submit the information listed above. 4. By May 9th, we will publish links to all the Spring Garden Contest entries and open the voting. Community members will have until May 16th to visit the garden Zones and vote for their favorites. We will announce the winner of the Spring Garden Contest by no later than May 19th. The 3 Zones that receive the most votes from the community will win a free month's rent (to be paid to the Zone owners), as well as a fabulous memento for the garden. The 1st Place garden will also be the site of a "Spring Garden Party" event, hosted by the There Community team. Good luck to all gardeners and we look forward to visiting your Zones! |
