On Wednesday, August 26th, at 6pm Pacific, Michael Wilson (the CEO of Makena Technologies) will be speaking to the community at a special Town Hall Meeting. The meeting will be broadcast live to special listening parties all over There and then will be available to download on the There Fun Times site. We hope you will all tune in and listen.
If you have questions you would like to ask Michael about There, you will have your chance. There are a couple of ways you can do this. You can attend one of the listening parties hosted by a MAB member and have them pass the message along to staff. Or you can message one of the staff members directly by using the IM feature. Vash_community, Alex, Helper_Yoko and There_RealEstate will be on hand to take questions.

Come on and give it a go or "jump" in this case, as you 'jump ship' between hoverboats from Zona to Zephyr to all points destinations. This group, founded by DollEyes, attempts to bring those new to designing into contact with experienced developers in world. Home builders, fashion designers, and vehicle artisans have all been part of those sharing their creations at club meetings.
Recently, Mr_Vercetti treated the club members to a display of his works and a fantastic dragon flotilla to top everything off. The club has events ranging from fashion shows to tours of fantastic neighborhoods. Tips on designing and marketing are often on the agenda as well.

It's time once again for There Summer Games! Join us from August 14th - 24th as Thereians around the world celebrate sportsmanship, camaraderie and creativity in a spectacular series of events. Everyone is invited to play and you can earn unique skill rewards for participating!
We'll officially kick things off with the Opening Ceremonies on Friday, August 14th, from 9 AM - 9 PM Pacific Time. During these hours you can visit the There Games Welcome Center to pick up a cool t-shirt, meet your fellow contestants, get a free Coca-Cola, and watch a terrific video that Francis_7 produced especially for these Games! The Welcome Center will also serve as a "home base" for the duration, where you can drop by to find out which activities are being held each day and pick up a loaner vehicle to use at events.
Don't know which team you're on? That's easy! The color of your nametag designates your There Games team. If you need help, just use one of the new interactive signs at the There Games Welcome Center and other locations in world. This will tell you the name of your team and also provide a link to sign up! Joining your team is a great way to meet people and make new friends.
