Almost from the moment the first test Space Hood was announced, we started getting emails from members seeking to purchase one directly.
We know many of you are frustrated by the auctions process and we've gotten so many requests for the Space Hoods that it's become really clear that we need to offer a Direct Buy solution. Ultimately we want to get these zones to the people who really want them the most as quickly as possible and we also want to make sure it’s at an affordable price. So here's what you can do if you want a Space Hood:
If you would like to purchase a 45-Acre (180,000T) or 100-Acre (360,000T) SpaceHood at cost, please send a ThereMail to There_RealEstate with the following information.
1. Title of ThereMail: Direct Buy SpaceHood
2. Name of Avatar
3. Size of SpaceHood requested: 45-Acre or 100-Acre.
Initial requests will be limited to 1 Space Hood per owner, until everyone who wants one gets at least 1 starter Space Hood. We will reply to your request Monday – Friday to reserve your SpaceHood and set up an appointment time to meet in-world with There_RealEstate to transfer the zone to you. At the time of the appointment you must have the full purchase amount of Therebucks in your account.
Currently there are five 45-Acre and six 100-Acre SpaceHoods available in inventory. They will be sold on a first come first serve basis. If we run out of the specific sizes members are requesting, we will create them and fulfill the orders as soon as the inventory becomes available.
Two important things to note:
1. Please allow up to 10 business days for new SpaceHoods to be launched and sectored.
2. The latest optional client release has some fixes for the Space Neighborhoods. So if you want to avoid those bugs make sure you get the new client before you take ownership of your Space Hood.
