| The Winter Charity Tree Park is a great place to express your festive holiday spirit and donate Therebucks to people in need. Last year's tree event was a great success, with members touring the trees on a daily basis. In mid-December we will have a holiday party and special tour of the charity trees with staff, neighbors and friends. |
Last year there were so many generous members who wanted to participate that we had to add an additional park! There are a total of 44 charity trees located in the West Park and 32 charity trees located in the East Park.
The charity tree comes free with the purchase of the rental rights to the Development Lot and does not count towards the total drops available for the Lot. The first month's rent is included in the purchase price. The Development Lot will charge the owner a monthly rent every thirty days.
As a special thank you, the names of all of the adopted tree owners will be added to a special sign that will be displayed in the Winter Charity Tree Park. The sign will be unveiled at the December holiday party and tree tour event. Don't miss out on the opportunity to be recognized for your good deeds. All of the names will be collected and processed by November 23rd.
The first round of tree Lots located in our East Winter Charity Tree Park practically sold out! There is one 1/2-Acre Charity Tree remaining over at the East Winter Charity Tree Park available for adoption. All of the East Park tenants have been busy decorating their trees over the last few days.
