MissMEM: Is this the only home you own, and if so do you plan on acquiring anymore? angelie99: Right now this is the only home I own that is out and being used. I do own several others and I'm sure I will collect more as time passes. The designers make such incredible homes now that it makes it very hard to have just one. MissMEM: What was your inspiration for decorating your home? angelie99: My inspiration was a combination of Boneyard's rustic neighborhood theme, the log house I grew up in, and my current tastes in furniture. A little bit of country with a modern edge. MissMEM: Do you have a favorite place in your house? If so, where and why? angelie99: The back patio is one of my most favorite spots in the house. You can sit and look out over the garden to see the beautiful view of water and surrounding hillside. My second favorite place is the main living room. It has a very cozy home feeling and when you look out the windows, one side is trees, rocks and an old cabin. Off on the other side of the room is a pretty water sunset view. MissMEM: What words of wisdom would you offer to new members who are looking to find their own home in There? angelie99: If you are interested in a house, make it your own. Don't worry about what furniture is currently popular, find pieces that most interest you. Also try to keep to one theme for the house or at least each room. Don't go crazy with too much furniture or knickknacks, it is nice to have some but you don't need so much that you cant move in your home. Whatever you make, be sure its something you enjoy and are proud to call your home. MissMEM: Do you hold parties/events often at your place? If so, what sort of gatherings are they? Anything coming up you'd like to invite the general public to? angelie99: My home is and always will be a place where my friends and neighbors are welcome to come and gather for cards or just sit and talk. I hold events occasionally, mostly cards or social events. I've been known to host some yard sales as well. More events will probably be coming in the future such as quests. MissMEM: And finally, what are your favorite items in your home? angelie99: My favorite item in my home would probably be the Country Star Cabinet by Geea. Although I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the designers who have created items in my home. Without them making the pieces, my home wouldn't have turned out as it did. I would also like to thank everyone at Boneyard neighborhood. The owner, 1Book has made a beautiful neighborhood and it was the perfect place to put my home.
